How should I prepare for my therapy session?

Preparation varies slightly depending on the therapy you’re receiving, but the following general guidelines can help you get the most out of your session:

                • We recommend staying well-hydrated the day before and on the day of your appointment especially for IV infusions, EBO2 Therapy, and Ozone Therapy.
                • Please have a balanced, nutritious meal beforehand, particularly if you’re scheduled for Ozone or EBO2 therapy, to help regulate your blood glucose levels.
                • We suggest wearing comfortable clothing, ideally something with loose sleeves or a roll-up top, that allows easy access to your arms.
                • If you’re scheduled for Ozone or EBO2 therapy, please let us know in advance if you’re experiencing any active bleeding such as a menstrual period, nosebleeds, cuts, or haemorrhoids as these treatments involve the use of heparin (blood thinners).
                • For certain therapies, we may provide tailored pre- and post-treatment guidance via email after your booking.

If you’re unsure about anything, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

                  Do you offer at-home treatments?

Yes, we offer select treatments at home for clients based in London and the surrounding areas. This includes IV Therapy and certain Peptide protocols.

We are committed to sourcing only the highest quality ingredients for all our therapies:

                    • Our peptides are sourced from an FDA-approved lab in Las Vegas, USA, known for using only the purest ingredients. Jessica, our peptide therapy expert, has personally visited the facility and met with both the owner and COO to verify the lab’s standards and integrity. All peptides undergo rigorous third-party testing to ensure quality, potency, and purity.
                    • Our IV infusions are made from pharmaceutical grade compounds sourced from a leading German pharmacy. They contain no preservatives, additives or GMOs ensuring optimal purity, bioavailability, and safety.

Can I continue my supplements or medications while receiving treatment?

In most cases, yes. During your intake, we’ll ask you to provide a list of your current supplements and medications to ensure there are no interactions.

If needed, your practitioner may recommend temporary adjustments to support treatment safety and optimise your results.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on your individual health goals, current condition, and the type of therapy. At Nūūtro, we take a personalised approach to wellness, meaning no two plans are exactly the same.

During your consultation, your practitioner will assess your needs and recommend a tailored treatment plan, including frequency and duration.

Can I combine different therapies for better results?

Absolutely! Many clients benefit from combining treatments such as IV Therapy, Ozone Therapy and Peptide Therapy.

Your practitioner will recommend an integrated treatment plan tailored to your individual health goals for the best possible outcomes.
